液压摆线马达LM4系列

结构特点

采用镶柱式定转子设计，具有更高的配油精度及机械效率。

•双滚动轴承设计,具有更大的侧向承载能力。

•可靠的轴密封设计，承受背压高，可以串并联使用。

•正反转换向方便、转速平稳。

•多种油口、输出轴、法兰等连接形式。

Characteristic features：

•It adapts the gerolor design, which has a higher distribution accuracy and Mechanical efficiency.

•Double-rolling bearing design, which has a greater lateral load capacity.

•Credible design of shaft seal, which can bear higher pressure and be used in parallel or in series.

•Direction of shaft rotation and speed can be controlled easily and smoothly.

•A variety of connection types of flange; Rabbet:, output shaft and oil port.

1.Zui大工作压力指入口Zui大压力，额定压力指工作压差。

2.马达不能同时在Zui大压力和Zui高转速下工作。

3.在断续工作条件下，运行时间每分钟不得超过10%。

4.推荐用68#抗磨液压油，粘度37-73cSt,清洁度ISO18/13。

5.Zui高工作油温80°。

6.马达全负荷工作前，应在Zui高工作压力的40%以下磨合1小时。

7.马达允许Zui高背压10MPa，但建议不要超过5MPa，超过时应接外泄油管.
